Patrick O’Connor Obituary
Patrick has worked for the MBTA for the past 12 years and was very proud of his recent promotion as a Supervisor of Bus Operations in Charlestown. He was a member of IBEW Local # 103 and in his spare time he enjoyed golfing and traveling. Patrick also was a former Braintree Babe Ruth coach for many years. He will be deeply missed by all those that knew and loved him.
Beloved husband of Amy (Donovan) O'Connor of Abington.
Loving father of Mary Rose O'Connor of Abington. Son of Michael and Margaret O'Connor of Holbrook. Brother of Matthew O'Connor and his girlfriend, Courtney Kelley, of Abington, Kevin O'Connor and his wife, Samantha, of Avon, and Tracy O'Connor of Weymouth. Son in law of William and Donna Donovan of Abington. Brother in law of Bryan Donovan and his wife, Rebecca, of Stoughton. Also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to greet the family during the visiting hours on Friday 4-8 PM in the McDonald Keohane Funeral Home SOUTH WEYMOUTH at 809 Main Street (Rte 18 opp. So. Shore Hospital).
A Funeral Mass will be offered on Saturday at 10 am in Saint Brendan's Church, 593 Gallivan Boulevard, Dorchester.
Cremation will follow.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Mary Rose Donation Fund and mailed to 28 Buckboard Lane, Abington MA 02351.
