It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Patrick Douglas O'Fallon Jr., of Palmer Township, who left us unexpectedly on April 27, 2025, at the age of 55. Born in Walson Army Hospital at Fort Dix, New Jersey, on January 13, 1970, Patrick touched the lives of those around him with his warm spirit and intelligence.
Patrick was a graduate of Norfolk Catholic High School and later attended technical school where he refined his skills which would be used in his career as a nuclear machinist.
An accident in June of 1998 brought challenges and Patrick's journey through life was marked by resilience and determination. Patrick inspired those around him to appreciate the little moments in life.
Patrick is survived by his devoted mother with whom he lived, Marilyn J. (Bellew) O'Fallon and his father, Patrick O'Fallon, Sr. He is also survived by his extended family, aunts, uncles, and cousins. Patrick's legacy will live on in the hearts of all who knew him.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Connell Funeral Home, Bethlehem and will be private at the convenience of the family.
