Patrick Joseph Riley

Patrick Joseph Riley, Jr. – Age 73, of Nashville, passed away October 27, 2021.
Pat and Alice Riley were married for 50 years. Pat attended Memphis University. He also served 4 years in the Naval Air as a Petty Officer Second Class. He graduated from UT Nashville in Real Estate. In 1985 he formed RCR Building Corporation for Commercial Real Estate. He Built all over Tennessee, the southeast, and the northeast. He retired the company in 2012.
Pat and Alice spent many years during the weekend at their lake house on Center Hill Lake where Pat loved to be on his boat. Pat and Alice enjoyed spending time with their family and friends. Pat served on the Board of Trustee for Currey Ingram Academy, First Farmers Bank, Merchants Bank, The Kidney Foundation and Father Ryan High School.
Survived by his wife, Alice Riley; daughters Melissa Riley and Allison Riley; beloved grandson Shawn Riley; loving brothers Bill Riley (Pattie), Tim Riley (Dawn); loving sister Karen Riley; many beloved nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, and extended family.
Graveside Services will be 1:30pm, Saturday, October 30th at Harpeth Hills Memory Gardens. Due to covid no visitation will take place. Active pallbearers will be Eddie Hutton, John Gupton, Eddie Brown, Jerry Scott, Chet Jones, Leroy Clark. Honorary Pallbearers will be Dr. Robert Johnson, Dr. Timothy Dibble, CEO Roundtable Members, former employees of RCR Building Corporation, former & present Board of Trustee Members of First Farmers and Merchants Banks.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to favorite Animal Rescue or A room at the Inn. Pat and Alice loved to adopt older black dogs often overlooked. A few of Pat's favorite rescues were MACC, A Place to Bark in Portland, Nashville Humane Society and Williamson County Animal Control.
