Patrick passed away on February 28, 2025, at the age of 83. Born on August 16, 1941, in Trenton, New Jersey, Pat was known to many as a happy and enthusiastic actor, author, entertainer, and writer. Pat is survived by his wife, Christel Mahler Sapia. A visitation and prayer service will be held in Pat’s honor on March 8, 2025, at 3:00 pm at T.M. Ralph Funeral Home, Plantation, located at 7001 NW 4th Street, Plantation, FL 33317.

Pat became a member of the American Society of Composers, Authors, and Publishers in 1963. He was also a member of the Screen Actors Guild-American Federation of Television and Radio Artists (SAG-AFTRA) since 1988.

Pat’s decades long career covered many spectrums both locally and abroad. In 1962 he performed with a group called the “Offkeys”; In 1963 he traveled to Europe to entertain US soldiers; 1974 he performed with a group called “Kaleidoscope”; and in 1975 he was a member of “The New Trend Recording Group”.

In more recent years, he performed at Century Village in Deerfield Beach in 1991; He performed at a fund raiser to benefit St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital in 2001; He put on various shows at the Montessori School of North Miami since 2012; He entertained on Cruise Ships, played Santa Clause at many schools and private engagements; He put on many skits at South Miami Hospital and Baptist Hospital with themes relating to National Patient Safety Goals; He was the music and arts coordinator at Horizon Elementary School for many years; and lastly, Pat did many superb impersonations-some of which were Elvis Presley, Count Dracula, Sherlock Holmes, George Burns, and Star Trek characters.

In spite of Pat’s busy schedule, he managed to find love and married his beloved Christel in September 2007.

Patrick loved his work and always wanted to make people laugh. He sang, he danced, he played the drums and told jokes. He has touched the lives of many and will be greatly missed.
