Patrick Lorenzo Torres

Patrick Lorenzo Torres, age 33, passed away on Monday, August 7, 2023, at his home in Socorro, New Mexico.

Patrick was born on March 16, 1990, to Paul A Torres Sr. and Janette Sanchez of Socorro, New Mexico. He is survived by both his parents, his girlfriend, and mother to his children, Nicole Castillo, brothers; Roger Sanchez and Paul A Torres Jr., sister; Stormy L Torres, his loving children, whom he adored with all of his heart; Joey Paul Chavez-Lopez, Jerry Patrick Chavez-Lopez, Madison Connie Chavez-Lopez, Marie Dolores Torres and stepson, Adrian (AJ) Benavidez, Grandmothers; Gloria Armijo and Mary Helen Griego, as well as his uncles, aunts, cousins, nieces and nephews.

Patrick will be dearly missed by all those who knew him. He grew up in Socorro alongside his cousins, spending the summers playing outside, swimming at the city pool, building model cars with his dad and brothers, and making the most of life as a kid growing up in the 90s. Patrick was good at many things, but he was best at helping someone in need, whether it was cleaning up a yard or repairing something. His memory will live on through his beautiful children and his family.

A funeral service will be held on August 19, 2023 at 11:00 am at the Trujillo Family Funeral Home in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Interment will take place at the Socorro Cemetery immediately following memorial services.  Pallbearers will be Roger Sanchez, Paul A Torres Jr, Gabriel Sanchez.
