Patsy Ruth Bell

Patsy Ruth Bell, peacefully passed away at her home on December 16th 2025, at the remarkable age of 99. Born in Houston on November 18th 1926, she lived a life overflowing with fun, laughter, and the greatest love for her family and friends.

Patsy worked in the insurance industry and ultimately retired after 15 years of service at State Farm. She enjoyed traveling, going on a good cruise and visiting a casino for a game of chance; luck was definitely on her side. Her porch became a place where stories were shared, hearts were healed, and memories were woven.

Patsy found joy in life's simple treasures; watching the hummingbirds visit her feeders, playing games with friends and her legendary cooking could cure any heartache.

She is survived by her daughter Clintsy Young, her children Becky and Buddy; son Phillip Bell and his wife Chyrese, their children Chelsea and Quinn; and many beloved grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her treasured husband, Clinton F. Bell.

A private graveside service will be held on December 23rd for her family and a celebration of life will be held at a later date for all friends and loved ones.
