Patsy Bellin Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Valley Funeral Home - Appleton on Feb. 24, 2026.
It is with great sadness and heavy hearts that our Lord and Savior called Pat Bellin to her eternal heavenly home on Tuesday, February 17, 2026. Jesus guided her peacefully from her home she shared with her youngest daughter and full time caretaker, Lori.

Pat was born on December 11, 1938 in Appleton. She was the daughter of the late Louis and Margaret (Horn) Rehfeldt. She attended grade school at St. Paul Lutheran and graduated from Appleton West in 1957. She then married the late James L. Zuleger on May 7, 1960.

Pat worked a few years at Aid Association for Lutherans. She then began her career as a mother and started working at Appleton Medical Center as a switchboard operator, eventually being promoted to supervisor, retiring after 37 years.

Pat was a member of the woman's bowling team for many years. She got great joy putting her daughters through dance classes. She was on the Mount Olive Lutheran Church altar guild and ladies aid with her mother, Margaret. Once Pat became a grandma, she was so proud of her grandson, Kaleb and attended every one of his sporting events, never missing even one. Pat was then blessed with three beautiful great grandchildren who she loved dearly.

Pat is survived by her daughters: Luanne Zuleger, Lori Farragh; grandson, Kaleb (Abby) Farragh; great grandchildren: Hudson, Claire, and Baylon Farragh; sisters-in-law: Karen (John) Dushak, Joyce Zuleger; brother-in-law, George (Sue) Hamilton; Godson, Tom Ermers; and many special nieces, nephews, cousins, and really great friends. She was preceded in death by her ex-husband, James Zuleger; son-in-law, Michael Farragh; and brother-in-law, Alex Zuleger.

A memorial service will be held at 11:00 am on Monday, March 30, 2026 at Mount Olive Lutheran Church, 930 E Florida Avenue, Appleton with Pastor Robert Raasch officiating. Visitation will take place at the church on Monday from 10:00 am until the time of service. The service will be live streamed at: evt.live/patsy-bellin

The family would like to say a special thanks to Moments Hospice care team: Maureen, Tina, Emily, and Sofia for their unbelievably wonderful care and support for Pat and her daughters. Also a special thanks to Claire Burr for her weekend help and support. Pat just loved you all and frequently said they really know what they are doing! We appreciate all your love and compassion. Special hugs, love and appreciation to Pat's youngest daughter, Lori for taking the best care of Mom. To others, we are so grateful and thankful to our Keith Kimbro, Shelly Henn, Kassey Miller, Linda Gleason, Leisha Stilwell, and Peggy Hoppe. Also to Zion Mutual Homes for all your help and support.

In lieu of flowers, we would appreciate all memorials go to Dementia Society of America and National Organization for Albinism and Hypopigmentation.

You took my hands and said "Please don't leave me." Mama, I never did. – Love, Lori and Luanne

My sympathies Luanne and Lori. Your Mom was a very special person

As my Godmother, she never failed to call me each and every birthday with birthday wishes. She would call on special days for me to wish me well or offer her heart when my first wife Cindy passed away.

I'll miss you Pat. Love you always. Thank you for being a Jesus loving Godmother. I'll see you in heaven some day.
