Funeral services for Patsy Moore Bryant, 81, will be held on Monday, February 17, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. in the chapel of Rose-Neath Funeral Home, 2500 Southside Dr., Shreveport, Louisiana. Burial will follow at Bethany Cumberland Cemetery in Fairview Alpha, Louisiana. A visitation will be held at 12:00 p.m. until the start of the service at the funeral home. Officiating the service will be Pastor Kevin Arrinder.
Patsy was born on August 22, 1943, in Delhi, Louisiana to Robert Frank Moore and Willie Mae Cromwell Moore and passed away on Tuesday, February 11, 2025, in Shreveport.
Patsy was a resident of Frierson, Louisiana. She was married to her husband, Edison Bryant, for 53 years. She was a Charter Member of Liberty Baptist Church. She was a homemaker, and her hobbies included reading and collecting salt and pepper shakers of which she had a vast collection. She enjoyed board games, card games and puzzles. She loved her family with all her heart and was so proud of each and every one of them.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Edison Bryant; parents, Robert and Willie Moore; sisters, Roberta Crysel, Mary Lowe, and Cloteal Anglin. Left to cherish her memory is her son, Eddy Bryant and wife, Kim; daughter, Cindy Boyett and husband, Randy; grandchildren, Sue Ellen Bates, Jeremy Scates, Randy Boyett, Jr., Matthew Bryant, Clinton Scates, Kristen Kent, and Jennifer Healy; great-grandchildren, Hunter Bates, Raegan Bates, Keaton Bates, Aaron Healy, Caleb Healy, Sawyer Healy, Nolan Healy, Savannah Scates, Harper Scates, Knox Scates, Hazel Fay Scates, Roman Scates, Ian Boyett, Gage Minner, Connor Minner, Kate Kent, Blayne Kent, and Boston Kent.
Honoring Patsy as pallbearers will be Jeremy Scates, Clinton Scates, Matthew Bryant, Randy Boyett, Jr., Denson Bates, and Brad Kent.
