Patsy Gail May Garrigus, 64 of Russellville, went to her heavenly home, Saturday, October 12, 2024. She was born November 16, 1959 in Morrilton, Arkansas to William H. "Doe" and Annie Lee Pope May. She was preceded in death by her parents; twin sisters, Linda and Glenda; grandparents; brother-in-law, Jim Parker, sister-in-law, Brenda May.
Pat had a serving heart. She worked for over 40 years at St. Mary's Regional Medical Center, in several capacities. She volunteered at Oakland Heights Elementary School. Pat loved adult coloring and making flower arrangements. Most of all, she loved her family.
She is survived by her loving husband of 34 years, Rick Garrigus; son, Jacob Garrigus; sister, Nancy Parker; brother, Danny May and Anita; niece, Cindy Parker and Toby; nephew, Jody May and Jessi; aunts, Marilyn Reynolds, Shirley Woodard and Weldon as well as several other family and friends.
Her Life Celebration will be 5:30pm, Tuesday, October 15, 2024 at Russellville Family Funeral, with Rev. Norman Chenowith. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Russellville Family Funeral. Burial will be private at a later date.
The family would like to say how much they appreciate the nursing staff at St. Mary's Regional Medical Center and Gentiva Hospice for the excellent care of Pat.
