Patsy was born on August 9, 1936, in Magness, Arkansas to the late Sam McDonald and Maggie Hayes McDonald. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Robert Eugene Greene; daughter, Robin Lynn Greene; brothers, Ray McDonald, Rudy McDonald and sisters, Rosa Sowers, Ann Steen, Jean Mccolpin and Jenny Weisner. She is survived by her sons, Thomas Eugene (Mary Lynn) Greene, Michael D. Greene, John B. Greene, David S. (Airen) Greene; brother, Sonny McDonald; grandchildren, Angel, Eric, Kristopher, Eli, Nikki, Lindsay, Sara, Robert; and great grandchildren, Willow, Lucy, Noah, Thomas, Daniel, Brayden, Olivia, Kami, Bryson, Roman, Jett, Sunny, Peyton, Eagan and KJ.
A celebration of life service will be held on Tuesday, December 26, 2023, at Boyd Funeral Home at 11:00AM. Visitation will be held from 9:00 AM until the hour of service. Patsy will be laid to rest with her husband Robert, and daughter, Robin at Nashville National Cemetery, in Madison, TN at 1:00 PM.
