Obituary published on Legacy.com by Triska Funeral Home - El Campo on Oct. 27, 2025.
Patsy Ann (Sablatura) Junot, age 86, passed away peacefully on October 25, 2025, in Victoria, Texas. Born on November 24, 1938, in LaSalle, Texas, Patsy lived a life rooted in love, service, and devotion to her family and community.
Patsy was the daughter of Ignac and Annie Sablatura and grew up in a close-knit family that instilled in her the values of hard work and compassion. She completed her education through the 12th grade and went on to build a life centered around her home and loved ones.
A devoted homemaker, Patsy poured her heart into raising her children and supporting her family. She held many roles throughout her life-each one marked by dedication and care. She served as the bookkeeper for her husband Edward Junot's electrical business, Rural Electric. Later in life, she worked at The Trading Center in El Campo, a family-owned business operated by her Aunt Tillie and Uncle Charles Sablatura. Patsy also extended her nurturing spirit beyond her immediate family by working as a caregiver.
Patsy's heart and soul were invested in those she loved. Her selflessness was evident to all who knew her-she consistently put others before herself and offered kindness without condition. Her warmth was matched by a vibrant personality that shone through in everything she did.
She found joy in simple pleasures: spending time with family, traveling to new places, shopping for treasures big and small, cooking meals that brought everyone together, crocheting with care and creativity, and reigning supreme as the queen of internet trivia-a title she wore with pride.
A woman of faith, Patsy was a member of the Presbyterian Church of El Campo, where she found spiritual strength and community.
Patsy is survived by her loving children: son Randy (Laure) Junot and daughter Michelle (Wayne) King. She leaves behind cherished grandchildren: Russell Junot Jr. (Mary), Heather Phillips, Kasey Rodriguez (Fabian), Garrett King, and Kaylee King; as well as great-grandchildren Elizabeth Junot, Ashly Tschoepe, Connor Peeler, and Alianna Rodriguez.
She now joins in eternal rest those who preceded her: her beloved husband Edward Junot; sons Russell Junot and Keith Junot; parents Ignac and Annie Sablatura; sister Dolores Faler (Gerald Faler).
Patsy's legacy is one of unwavering love, quiet strength, and joyful generosity. Her memory will live on in the hearts of all who were fortunate enough to know her.
May her memory bring comfort to those who knew and loved her.
