Patsy Cecelia Mowery, 69, of McDougal, Arkansas, passed away January 8, 2025, at NEA Baptist Memorial Hospital in Jonesboro, Arkansas.
She was born on September 18, 1955, in St. Louis, Missouri, and was the daughter of the late Leborn and Sara Mae (Bratcher) Estes.
Patsy was united in marriage to Wayne Mowery on November 6, 1976 and he preceded her in death in 2004. She was united in marriage to Donnie Coley and he preceded her in death in 2016.
She was also preceded in death by her parents; brother, Butch Estes and in-laws, Kenneth and Rita Mowery.
Patsy served in the United States Army in the Women's Army Corp. She loved putting up American flags showing how proud she was to be an American. She was President of the Razzy Bailey fan club. Family was Patsy most important priority and she always wanted her family to know she loved them.
Patsy is survived by her two sons, Timothy Lee Mowery and wife Jennifer, John Thomas Mowery and wife Cynthia; stepson, Lavon Coley; grandchildren: Jacob Dillon Mowery, Madeline Reneá Mowery, Mason Mowery, Andrew Allan Mowery, Austin Tyler Mowery, Ashlin Marie Mowery, Ayden Wayne Mowery, and Lauren Coley; great-grandchild, Jett Coley; brothers, Randy Estes and Garry Estes; and many other relatives and friends.
Funeral Services will be held Tuesday, January 14, 2025, at 3:00 p.m. at Hoggard & Sons Chapel with Duane Dutka officiating. Burial is in Piggott Cemetery in Piggott, Arkansas. Pallbearers will be Marc Levritte, Adam Dutka, Andrew Mowery, Mason Mowery, Austin Mowery, and Daniel Mowery. Hoggard & Sons Funeral Home of Piggott, Arkansas, is in charge of the arrangements. Visitation is Tuesday from 1:00 p.m until 3:00 p.m.
