Patsy Ann (Bagley) Pasley

Patsy Ann (Bagley) Pasley, 84, of Resaca, Georgia, passed away on Thursday, December 26, 2024. She was born on March 19, 1940, to the late Barney and Pearl Brookshire Bagley. She was preceded in death by her husband in 2007, John “Buddy” Pasley; brothers, Theron Bagley and Howard Bagley; and sister, Vennie Mae Gallman.

Patsy was a 1959 Calhoun High School graduate. She was a long time member of Mount Zion Baptist Church in Resaca, Georgia, and actively attended the Senior Center in Calhoun, Georgia.

Patsy is survived by her daughter, Kathy (Lamar) Thomas; grandchildren, Shanna (Dewayne) Junkins, Dylan (Ashley) Thomas, Amy (Victor) Strickland; great-grandchildren, Dirk Junkins, Lily Junkins, Kasen Thomas, Lindsey Holt, Megan Stickland, Harper Strickland, Isaac Strickland; and great-grandchild, Jayden Holt. 

The family will receive friends on Monday, December 30, 2024, from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Max Brannon and Sons Funeral Home. 

The funeral service will be held on Tuesday, December 31, 2024, at 1:00 PM from the Chapel of Max Brannon and Sons Funeral Home with Rev. Kenny Sheriff officiating. Burial will follow in Union Grove Baptist Church Cemetery with Rev. Perry Ball officiating. Pallbearers are Dewayne Junkins, Dirk Junkins, Brent Parker, Victor Strickland, David Bagley, and Thern Bagley.
