Patsy Torbett Presley

Patsy Torbett Presley, age 73, of Madisonville, passed away Friday, December 26, 2025. She was born August 17, 1952 to Jeanette Torbett and to John H. Torbett in Madisonville, TN. She worked in banking, retiring from Simmons Bank in 2017. She was an active member of the community and member of Island Creek Baptist Church, Madisonville. Patsy was preceded in death by her husband of 42 years, Richard Allen Presley; parents, Jeannette Torbett and John Torbett; sister Marcia Torbett; sister- and brother-in-law, Carolyn and Ronnie Purdy; brother-in-law, Donnie Presley; sister- and brother-in-law, Patsy and Landon Purdy; her brother-in-law, Joe Presley; and her brother-in-law, Mark McClung. Survivors include: daughter and family, Jeannie Presley and Chris Mangone; granddaughter, Eleanor, of San Francisco, CA; step-son and family, Jeffrey and Mary Beth Weaver; grandsons, Parker and Kobe of Jacksonville, FL; sister and brother-in-law, Betty and John Hawk of Maryville; brother and sister-in-law, Calvin and Janiece Torbett; sisters-in-law, Lisa McClung, Sandra Robbins, Diane Presley, June Presley; brother-in-law, Don Robbins; and many loving nieces and nephews.
Funeral 7:00 P.M. Monday, Biereley-Hale Chapel, Rev. Don Rockholt and Rev. Lewis Jones officiating. Interment 1:00 P.M. Tuesday, December 30, Sweetwater Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 5-7 P.M. Monday at Biereley-Hale Funeral Home, Madisonville.
