She was born August 5,1933, in Topeka, KS, the youngest daughter of James and Opal (Burgen) Filkins.
For many years, she did in-home childcare and later retired from USD 501, Topeka, KS. She enjoyed camping, traveling, keeping her lawn perfect and taking care of everyone she knew.
Patsy married Orie Wall (deceased) on December 21, 1952. Survivors include Orie (Kathleen) Wall, Jr., Overland Park, Mark Wall (Michael Jones), Palm Desert, CA; and grandson Alex Wall, San Diego, CA.
Cremation is planned. Burial will be at a future date at Rochester Cemetery, Topeka, KS.
