Patricia “Patti” Lynn Kent will be remembered for her vibrant spirit, creative soul, and the deep love she shared with everyone fortunate enough to know her. Patti dedicated 37 years of her professional life as an executive assistant with Allstate, where she was known for her unwavering commitment, organization, and the genuine care she brought to her work each day. Throughout her distinguished career, she earned numerous accolades, including Allstate’s highest honor—the Chairman’s Award—recognizing her excellence, dedication, and outstanding contributions. Her career reflected her strength, reliability, and no-nonsense approach to getting things done.
Patti was an important and beloved member of the Grand Harbor golf community, where she built lasting friendships and shared countless joyful moments. Whether on the course or at gatherings, she was known as the life of the party—someone who could light up any room.
At the heart of Patti’s life was her family. She was a devoted wife and is survived by her husband, Robert Kent; her loving daughter, Megan Brown (Steve Brown); and her stepdaughter, Jamie Kent Staniszewski (Pyotr). She was a cherished grandmother to Natalie and Madison Brown, and Hayley Staniszewski, who brought her immeasurable joy—especially during the seven years she embraced being a grandmother with such love and enthusiasm. She is also survived by her brother, Brian Polidori; her sisters-in-law, Kelly Horna (Craig Horna) and Kim Scifres; several nieces and nephews; and her beloved puppy, Mia, who was a constant companion and source of joy.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Roger and Sandra J. Marsh Polidori; and her sister, Janine Polidori.
A celebration of life will be announced at a later date.
