Paul was born in Phoenix, Arizona to Lydia Moreno and Leonel Roybal on November 01, 1983.
Paul attended Mohave High School in Las Vegas, Nevada and graduated in 2002. He served in the Casino Industry for 24 years in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Paul is preceded in death by (Father) Leonel Roybal and (Aunt) Joann Bejar.
Paul is survived by (Parents) Lydia & Mario Moreno, (Sister) Marlo Moreno, (Nieces) Harley, River and Oakley, (Grandparents) Edward & Olivia Roybal, Olga & Raul Bejar, (Uncles) Raul, Jimmy and Joey Bejar; Eddie Roybal Jr. and (Aunt) Elizabeth Roybal.
