Paul was a proud Veteran serving in the US Army during Vietnam.
Paul was a devoted family man who found joy in golfing for over 40 years, hunting for treasures while antiquing, and cheering on his beloved Cleveland sports teams. His greatest happiness came from time spent with family, friends, and his cherished grandchildren, creating memories that will live on forever.
Paul was the beloved husband of the late Shelia L. Bernes (nee Needhamer); loving father of Alicia Bernes (significant other Cameron Welch) and Paul K. Bernes (Amanda); cherished grandfather of Noam, Ori, Daria, Cameron, and Owen; brother of Robert (deceased), Becky (deceased), Karen (deceased), Calvin and Phyllis.
