He was born on September 26, 1943 in Sewickley, Pa., the son of Albert and Mary (Moore) Bryan, both deceased. He was preceded in death by a sister, Jay Schiegg. On August 1, 1970, he married the love of his life, Nadine (O'Dell) Bryan who survives at home. A daughter, Jill Bryan, and a granddaughter, Kiera Higuera, both of Lewistown, also survive along with brothers, Albert of Maryland, and Patrick of Texas, a sister-in-law, Eileen Wismer of Illinois, and many nieces and nephews whom he loved dearly. He was a 1961 graduate of Crafton High School, near Pittsburgh, and attended Indiana University of Pennsylvania. Later in his career, he transitioned into public service as chief assessor of Mifflin County. He retired from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania as a budget analyst for the State Library in Harrisburg. Paul was a long-time member of the First United Methodist Church of Lewistown, which he served in numerous capacities. A visitation will be held from 10 – 11 a.m. on Saturday, March 22, 2025 at King-Barr Funeral Home, 120 Logan Street, Lewistown. The memorial service will begin at 11 a.m. with the Rev.
