Paul Caron

Paul M Caron, 55, of Goffstown, NH, died Thursday August 7, 2025, at CMC in Manchester, NH.

Paul was born at Wentworth - Douglas Hospital in Dover, NH on May 26, 1970, son of Janet (Randall) Doell and his adopted father, Leo J Caron.

He grew up in Goffstown where he attended school. He spent summers at Cold Springs Campground where many lifetime friendships were formed.

He worked at St. Anslem College for a number of years, starting out as a pot washer and worked his way up as a baker in which he excelled at his work. He later worked at Target for 18 years where he was loved by all his coworkers. They were his second family, and everyone loved his sense of humor.

Paul had quite the artistic mind and was very talented playing the guitar. His idols were Eddie Van Halen and Jimmy Page. Music, either playing or listening, was his passion.

He is survived by his mother, Janet Doell of Hillsborough, NH, his two sons, Christopher Caron of Goffstown and Tyler Caron of Bow, NH, his loving companion, Jennifer Caron of Goffstown, and many other family members and friends.

SERVICES

There will be a Celebration of Life on August 31 from 11-3 at Stonebridge Country Club in Goffstown. Dress in your favorite 80's rock shirt and come with many memories and stories to share.
