Paul Victor Casavant age 72 of Ashland, passed away on Saturday, November 15, 2025.

Born on July 6, 1953 in Natick, he was the beloved son of the late Victor and Jeannie E. (Atkins) Casavant. After high school Paul enlisted with the U.S. Army and served with honor and courage during the Vietnam War. During this time Paul met the love of his life Nelda King in the Army when they both served together in Texas. After they married and moved back to Massachusetts, Paul continued with a career in the military working as an Engineer with the US Army Labs in Natick.

Some of Paul's favorite pastimes included fishing, hunting, and playing Keno.

Paul was predeceased by his beloved wife, Nelda K. (King) Casavant and his brother and sister, Robert and Denise Casavant. He was a loving father to his son Steven, who will miss him dearly. He is also survived by his beloved stepbrother, Donny Wigglesworth (Marla) & family, of Dudley, and his niece and nephew by marriage, Robert (Stacey) Potter & his family, of Kansas, and Karen (Glenn) Sturges, and her family, of Idaho.

Visitation in the John Everett & Sons Funeral Home, 4 Park St., NATICK COMMON, on Monday December 8th from 10-11am. Followed by a Funeral Service at 11am. Interment will follow at Dell Park Cemetery in Natick. Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend.
