Paul Joseph Countie

Paul Joseph Countie, 37, passed away surrounded by his family on June 10, 2024, in Boston, Massachusetts. Born on July 25, 1986, in Malden, Massachusetts, he was the beloved son of Susan (Legrow) and Charles Countie, Sr.
He was a proud graduate of Malden High School, which laid the foundation for his commitment to hard work.
Paul dedicated many years to his career as a Union Laborer with Local 22, where he contributed his skills to numerous projects, earning the respect and friendship of his colleagues.
Beyond his professional life, he was known for his readiness to assist anyone in need, Paul's generous spirit impacted many lives.
He was an outgoing individual, who had a passion for working out, always striving to stay strong. His love for cooking, music and sports also played a significant part of his life, bringing him great pleasure. Above all, spending time with his family and friends was one of his greatest joys, cherishing every moment spent together.
In addition to his parents, Paul is survived by his daughter, Riley Countie; his brother, Michael Countie; and his nieces and nephew, Alexia, Brianna, Katrina and Evan. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins who will miss him dearly.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Doreen (Greene) and Joseph Countie, Sr. and Anne (Oliver) and James Guskiewicz, Sr.; as well as his siblings, Danielle Countie and Charles Countie, Jr.; and his uncles, Joseph Countie, Jr., James Guskiewicz, Jr. and Paul Guskiewicz.
His passing leaves a void in the hearts of his family and all who knew him. Paul will be remembered for his dedication to his family, his work, and his unwavering kindness.
A memorial service will be held at Boston Cremation, 287 Main Street in Malden, MA on Wednesday July 10, 2024 at 11:30am.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend and visit with the family from 10:00am until the time of service at 11:30am.
