Paul A. Erdmann
Paul Alan Erdmann, devoted husband, father, and grandfather, passed away peacefully at
home, surrounded by his family, on December 31, 2023, at the age of 68. Paul was born to
loving parents Glenn and Muriel (nee Carlsen) Erdmann, who have preceeded him in death.
Paul is survived by his cherished wife Kathy of nearly 44 years and his two daughters of whom
he was incredibly proud, Sheri (Dave) Eubanks and Stacey (Jim) Mack, Jr.
Paul was greatly loved and called Papa by his five grandchildren, Patrick, Cameron, Taylor,
Katelyn, and Dylan. He was a close brother and friend to Bruce (Carol) Erdmann. He is further
survived by other family members and many lifelong friends.
In addition to raising a beautiful family together, Paul and Kathy were also business partners,
starting and growing a successful Aerospace business, Ace Precision, for 40 years. Paul was a
true entrepreneur and an outstanding metallurgical engineer. He took great pride in seeing his
two daughters work together to continue to own and operate the family business. Paul was
hard working, creative, and resourceful, never taking the little things for granted. He was an
avid outdoorsman. He enjoyed fishing and spotting bald eagles on the Cisco Chain, hunting
with great friends, waterskiing, working in his yard and garden, and taking hikes with his family
at a favorite spot near Holy Hill. He instilled a love for nature and the importance of
conservation in his children and grandchildren. He will be remembered especially when his
family spends time together doing the things he enjoyed, in the places he loved.
Throughout his life, Paul loved fishing on the Cisco Chain near Land O'Lakes, Wisconsin. In lieu
of flowers, memorials to the Cisco Chain Riparian Owners Association, the Land O' Lakes, WI
Community Playground, or any charity close to your heart are appreciated.
A visitation to celebrate Paul's life will take place on Saturday, January 20, 2024, from 2pm to
4:30pm, at The Legend at Brandybrook, located at 1 Legend Way, Wales, WI. Private
celebration to follow.
Paul was loved by so many and will be greatly missed.
