Paul J. Giasson Sr.

Paul J. Giasson, Sr. , 53, of 145 Old Second St. Fall River, died Tuesday at home.

He was the husband of the late Cheryl C. (O’Brien) Giasson and the former husband of Diane (Galego) Giasson of Fall River.

Born in Fall River, the son of the late Adelard A. and Mary (Benoit) Giasson, he lived in Assonet for 15 years and in Fall River most of his life.

He was formerly employed by Ann Dale Cookies and American Dryer Corp. Fall River.

He leaves a son, Paul Giasson, Jr. of Fall River;

a daughter, Heidi Giasson of Fall River;

2 stepsons, Gary Giasson and Todd Giasson, both of Fall River;

a step daughter, Karen Giasson of Maine;

a brother, Adelard J. Giasson, Jr. of Fall River;

2 sisters, Patricia Hawes and Elaine M. Lecuyer, both of Fall River;

9 grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.

Visitation Saturday 6-8 p.m. in AUCLAIR FUNERAL HOME, 690 South Main St. Fall River, with a service following at 8 p.m.

Cremation to follow.
