WATERTOWN – It is with heavy hearts that the family of Paul Guerrera Sr. share the news of his peaceful passing in Woodlawn, Virginia surrounded by the love and comfort of his family on June 06, 2025, at the age of 94. Paul was the beloved widower of Anna (D’Arcangelo) Guerrera.
Paul was born on July 12, 1930, in Pontelandolfo, Italy, the son of the late Antonio and Carmella (Rinaldi) Guerrera. He came to America on February 19th, 1947 where he established a life for himself and his family. Paul worked at Waterbury Rolling Mills for many years. What meant most to Paul was his family, he cherished every moment he was able to spend with them and was known as Pop Pop to his grandchildren. He leaves behind a legacy of love and unforgettable memories.
Left to honor his legacy and cherish his memory are his children Linda (Herb) Wilson, Mary (John) Rinaldi, Julia (John) de los Santos, Domenic (Cindy) Guerrera, his grandchildren Laura Rinaldi, Nicole Guerrera, Marc de los Santos, Michael Guerrera, Daniel Guerrera, Madisyn Guerrera, Paul Kowalski, his great grandson Lucas de los Santos, brother Anthony Guerrera, along with extended family and friends. Paul was predeceased by his children Paul Guerrera Jr., John Guerrera, and Carmen Guerrera.
All services will be held privately at the convenience of his family. Paul will be buried in his family plot at Mount Olivet Cemetery, Watertown, CT.
