Paul Johnston Obituary
Paul C. Johnston, 58, passed away peacefully on Thursday (02/26/2026). He was born Jan 6, 1968 in Birmingham, AL to Clayton and Joan Johnston. He was graduate of Minor High School (1986). He married Edie Stinnett Johnston on September 9, 1995 in Hueytown, Alabama. He worked as a welder for Marathon Electric.
Paul was a hardworking and dedicated man, father, husband and friend. He loved spending time with his family, going fishing and being outdoors. He loved helping and serving others.
Paul is survived by wife (Edie), daughters (Elizabeth Johnston and Kendell Johnston), 2 granddaughters (Alaina and Lorelai), sisters (Kay Gardner, Jean Hollingsworth and Margie Womble), and several nephews and nieces, and many other relatives and friends.
Friends, family and others touched by Paul are invited to his celebration of life at Patterson Forest Grove Funeral Home. The memorial service will be held March 4, 2026 in the chapel at 2:00 PM. Pastor Devon Watkins officiating.
