Paul Francis Kearney passed away peacefully at his home on Tuesday, September 17, 2024. He was 79 years old. Born in Philadelphia, PA on February 24, 1945, he was the son of the late William Joseph and Genevieve Ann (McGuigan) Kearney, and beloved husband of 54 years to the late Patricia "Patti" Kearney (2022).
He leaves behind his loving daughter, Jennifer (Tony Miller), granddaughter, Hailey "J" Kearney-Higgins, and sister, Geraldine. He was predeceased by his siblings: James, Robert "Bobby," Eleanor, Ruth, and Jean.
Paul was born and raised in Philadelphia and made a successful career for himself in many areas of business but most notably as a consultant for CDI Computer Dealers, Inc. until his retirement. His mantra was "Laugh at Life!" and he will be remembered for his perpetually funny "dad jokes." He was often heard saying "no big deal" because to him, life was not meant to be taken seriously and he preferred spending his efforts on welcoming and loving those around him.
In his quieter moments, Paul loved working on his coin collection, crossword puzzles, watching classic black and white movies, and rooting for his Philadelphia Eagles! But more than anything else, he will be remembered as a devoted husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend. He will be eternally loved and missed.
Friends and Family are invited to Paul's Life Celebration from 9:30-11:00am at Dunn-Givnish Funeral Home, 378 South Bellevue Avenue, Langhorne, PA 19047. A time for sharing and his Memorial Service will follow at 11:00am (Livestream: https://www.facebook.com/DunnGivnish)
Inurnment at Resurrection Cemetery, Bensalem.
