Lisbon- Paul Michael Lake, 63, died Friday, October 10, 2025 at Salem Regional Medical Center.
Born October 21, 1961 in Salem, he was a son of the late Willard Hartzel and Dora Mae (Berry) Lake.
A graduate of United High School, he is survived by his siblings: Charles Lake, Norma Welsh, Janice Mountz, and Kenneth Lake.
He was preceded in death by his parents and his brother, Gary Lake.
No formal service is planned.
