Paul D. Mirfield, 68 of Monroe passed July 9, 2025 in Arizona.
He was born March 14, 1957 in England to the late Kenneth Mirfield and Eileen (Aitken) Mirfield.
He is survived by his beloved children Jillian Barrett and her husband Jonathan of Matawan, Paul M. Mirfield and his fiance Ronnie Steele of Missouri and Judith Barshewski and her husband Dale Jr. of Union Beach; 12 adored grandchildren Teddy Lorenz, Dominic Barrett, Lucy Barrett, Luke Barrett, Jonah Barrett, Leo Barrett, Olivia Barrett, and Kosmas Barrett, Audrey Mifield, Grant Mirfield, Lilly Barshewski and Lorelei Barshewski; and his brothers Richard Mirfield and his wife Valerie of Monroe, Dr. Stephen Mirfield of Tamarac, Florida and Robert Mirfield and his wife Euni of Fernandina Beach, Florida.
From the time he was a young man Paul was a very hard worker in his Father's Garment shop in Midtown Manhattan, Anglo Pattern Services, where he would work throughout his career and eventually take over the family business.
Paul was a simple man, he had a love for lighthouses and enjoyed collecting them. He liked the beach, was an active member of the Gunnison Beach FOG club of Sandy Hook, a world traveler and a recent Cancer survivor.
He will be missed and loved by all who knew him.
Friends and relatives are invited to a memorial visitation for Paul on Saturday August 16, 2025 from 12PM - 4PM at Day Funeral Home 361 Maple Place Keyport, New Jersey 07735.
