Paul D. Morin

Paul D. Morin, age 60, of Sabattus, Maine, passed away on January 30, 2026. Paul was born on October 14, 1965, in Lewiston, Maine, a son of Anita (Hamann) Gosselin and the late Richard Morin. He was raised by Anita and her husband Daniel Gosselin. Paul was one of eight siblings. Paul graduated from Lewiston High School in 1984.

He had many different jobs over the years but was most recently with Shaw's Supermarket for decades. He was a dedicated employee who worked the night shift in several different stores. While Paul made plenty of long-lasting friendships through Shaw's, it is also where he met the love of his life, Lisa. They shared a love for Collies, each of them owning a blue merle Collie when they met. Paul married Lisa on July 8, 2006.

Paul was a loyal friend to many. He wore his heart on his sleeve and would give the shirt off his back to help anyone. He loved to tell jokes and would do anything to make those around him laugh. Paul had many passions including hunting, fishing, music, painting, archery, his knife collection, and the Boston Bruins. He especially enjoyed hunting and fishing with family and friends including Steve and Adam Gosselin, Dan Morin, Paul Bernat, Corey Hinkley, and Peter Footer.

Paul is predeceased by his father Richard Morin, his brother Ronald Morin, and his beloved dogs Misty, Bandit, Bentley and Isabelle. He is survived by his wife, Lisa Morin, of 19 years; parents Anita and Dan Gosselin; siblings Marcel Morin and his wife Peyton, Bob Morin and his wife Jill, sister in law Lynn Morin, Dan Morin and his wife Laura, Steve Gosselin and his wife Michelle, Tanya Morrissette and her husband Lucien, and Lynda Gosselin; daughter Brittney and family, son Joshua, and stepchildren Olivia and Kyle; many beloved nieces, nephews, and close friends.

Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Thursday, February 12, 2026 from 10:00am - 12:00pm with a Celebration of Life service immediately following at 12:00pm.

Paul had an unconditional love for all animals, as they did for him. In lieu of flowers, please send donations in Paul's memory to the Greater Androscoggin Humane Society, 55 Strawberry Avenue, Lewiston, ME, 04240.
