Paul E. Nagel, age 82, of California, Kentucky, passed away peacefully on Saturday, June 21, 2025. Born on October 18, 1942, in California, he was the beloved son of William J. and Lucy Marie Nagel (nee Eibeck).
He is preceded in death by his parents, William and Lucy, his grandson Travis North, along with his siblings: William Nagel, Robert Nagel, Donnie Nagel, Jean Pittman, and Mary Jones. Paul is survived by his life partner, Carolyn Faulkner; daughters, Melissa Hammer and Paula Hall; grandsons, Tyler Hoskins, Tristen Hall, and Josh North; as well as his sisters, Shirley Clark and Donna Koetting. He is also mourned by a host of other family members and friends who cherished him deeply.
Paul found joy in the simple pleasures of life, particularly fishing and gardening, which brought him peace and happiness.
