It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Paul B. Needham, who left us on October 9, 2025, at the age of 71, in Lees Summit, Missouri. Born on June 10, 1954, in Bridgeton, Missouri, Paul graced the world with his warmth and exuberance. His journey through life was defined by his unwavering spirit, dedication to his craft, and his love for family and friends.
For 38 years, Paul devoted his professional life to the art of floristry with Licata Flowers. Throughout his career, he brought joy to countless individuals through his beautiful arrangements, showcasing not just flowers but also the emotions they conveyed. His attention to detail and passion for creating stunning displays reflected not only his talent but his understanding of the human experience.
Paul was more than a florist; he was a man of many passions. He found joy in bowling and golfing, often spending weekends enjoying these activities with friends and family. The gun range was another favored retreat, where he could share laughter and camaraderie with those he loved. Paul also cherished his vacations to Las Vegas, where the vibrant lights and thrilling atmosphere fueled his playful spirit. His zest for life was infectious, and he brought happiness to all whom he encountered.
Paul leaves behind his beloved brother, John (Sondra) Needham, and his sister, Jean Neustadt. They will forever hold close the cherished memories created with him, recalling the laughter shared and the kindness he extended to everyone he met.
He is greeted in eternity by his loving parents, William and Norma Needham, as well as his siblings Joseph, Jackie, and Mary, who all preceded him in death. Together, they are reunited once more, shaping a powerful bond that even time cannot sever.
A visitation will be held Monday, October 27, 2025 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 837 Mid Rivers Mall Drive, St. Peters, MO 63376, from 4:00 pm until 5:00 pm with a Memorial Service at 5:00 pm.
Paul B. Needham's legacy will continue to thrive in the hearts of those who loved him. His genuine spirit, unwavering enthusiasm, and boundless love will be remembered, cherished, and celebrated. The world is a better place for having known him, and he will be dearly missed.
