Paul Niemiec Obituary
He was born February 5, 1938 in Uniontown, PA, the son of the late JoAnn Niemiec.
Paul is survived by his daughter Michele Thorsen of Uniontown, PA; grandchildren Dimitri Thorsen and Desha Thorsen of Phoenix, AZ; and brother Richard Niemiec (Patricia) of Washington, PA.
Paul worked as a salesman for Kahn's Meats for many years.
He was an avid sports fan who enjoyed golfing, bowling, hunting, and baseball, and took pride in supporting the Pittsburgh Pirates and the Uniontown Red Raiders.
Visitation will be held in the DONALD R. CRAWFORD FUNERAL HOME, HOPWOOD, PA on Friday January 16 from 4-6pm. Interment will be held privately with the family.

My family and I would like to send our condolences to the Niemiec Family. Paul spent nearly 20 years with me and became a very special part of not only my life but those of my children and grandchildren. Paul was a very caring and generous person. Always willing to give the best of himself in any situation. His health started to decline in mid 2024. He was never one to admit to just how his health was. He was very strong willed and a very proud man. He endured a lot of pain over the last 3 weeks more than I have ever seen anyone deal with. He is sadly and very truly missed by my sons Anthony Jr. and Alec, whom he spent much time and sports talk with. My daughters Stacey, Ashley and grandsons Chase, Chance and Kason. A special friend Anthony Thomas Sr. Our family pet Skye who was at his side always. His presence will be forever missed by us all. We feel blessed to have had him in our lives. May God bless your family.
