I am so sorry to hear that Paul passed away. I just came across his obituary as I make progress on my Ph.D. and I wanted to look up his contact so that I can give him an update and thank him for inspiring me to pursue my degree. In 2020, I had the privilege to intern at the Baltimore City Healthy Department and work with Paul as we conducted surveys on COVID-19 vaccination distribution. I looked up to Paul, and I continue to look up to Paul, because his kindness, his sincerity, and his welcoming sense of leadership inspired me on what it means to be a public servant and an active member of the community. I share my love and sympathies to all of his family and friends.
Sincerely,
Smitha Mahesh

I am so sorry to hear that Paul passed away. I just came across his obituary sa I am about to make a cross country trip and was trying to look up his contact information so I could see him. He used to be married to my sister Linda and although their marriage didn't last he remained a good friend to her until her death in 2008 and I will never forget his kindness during that difficult time for our family. Paul was one of the nicest persons I've ever met and I remember him playing his guitar and singing Beatles songs. I used to laugh and told my friends that he should have been a member of the Beatles. My sympathies go out to all of his family and friends.
Sincerely, Robert Moffitt
