Paul was born in Syracuse, NY, spent some time in Georgetown with family, and traveled the world before settling down to build his beautiful family.
Paul retired from Comfort Windows in 2019.
He was an amazing Husband, Father, "Grandpa Guy", Brother, Uncle, Nephew, and Friend. In his free time, he enjoyed golfing, bowling, fishing, jamming out to music being a 'Free Bird', camping, watching sports, and spending time with his beautiful family. His infectious love and joy for life endeared him to all who knew him, and he was cherished by his family and friends.
He is preceded in death by his beautiful wife, Francine (Migdal) Pendall, mother, Lola Pendall, and brother John Pendall.
He is survived by his son, Paul Pendall III; two daughters, Starr Pendall and Ashley Pendall; five grandchildren, Louis, Ithan, Carson, Bryson, and Gabriel; four granddaughters, Dakota, Mya Jae, Emmie, and Sophia; and many family and friends who loved him dearly.
