Paul Renfrow Obituary

Paul Joseph Renfrow, age 70, of West Point, Kentucky, passed away on June 10, 2025. He was a beloved husband, father, brother, grandfather, uncle, and friend, cherished by all who knew him. Paul had a passion for fishing and was a talented mechanic, taking great pleasure in working on cars and motorcycles. His caring nature and willingness to help others were hallmarks of his character, and he will be deeply missed by many.

Born on March 23, 1955, in Louisville, Kentucky, Paul was the son of the late Alton and Elalia (Wilson) Renfrow. He is preceded in death by his father, Alton; mother, Elalia; grandson, Tristan Renfrow; and step-son, Thomas C. Bradley.

Paul leaves behind a loving family, including his devoted wife of 34 years, Debra Renfrow; daughters, Leia Dawn Renfrow and Elizabeth Ann Renfrow; brothers, Michael (Wanda) Renfrow, Danny Renfrow, and Doug Renfrow; sister, Carolyn Sue (Donnie) Avitt; step-grandson, Austin Bradley; great-grandson, Tristan D. Renfrow, Jr.; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family members and friends who will forever cherish his memory.

Visitation in honor of Paul will take place on Thursday, June 19, 2025, from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions, Southwest Louisville Chapel, located at 10304 Dixie Highway. A celebration of his life will follow on Friday at 11:00 a.m. at the same location.
