Charles A. Maddox, 72, of Louisville, KY, passed on September 30, 2025. He was born in Madison, Indiana to Charles and Anna (Pollard) Maddox on April 28, 1953. He attended Austin - Peay University. He was involved in everything. After graduation he went to work for Montgomery County Schools, holding vast positions.
He was preceded in death by his parents and is survived by his spouse, Dwight L. Daugherty, step son, Derek (Christian) Daugherty, grandchildren, Alex, Dylan, Daniel and Max. His two sisters, Doris Duncan and Cindi Atkins, two nieces, Keri Duncan (Lenny Woltz) and Angela (Brian) Wise, two nephews, Zack and Hunter Atkins, along with everyone he touched.
If you want to honor Chuck then honor and reward you Teachers because he believed education was vital.
