Paul R. Crook Sr., age 65. Born November 8, 1954, a long time resident of Edmonston, MD, entered eternal rest on Wednesday July 1, 2020. Paul is survived by his beloved wife, Carol Crook and 2 children, Paul Crook Jr. and Jennifer Matthews along with grandchildren, Christy Crook, Lillian and Scarlett Matthews. He is also survived by his siblings Les (Lloyd) Crook, Robert (Dil) Crook, Wayne Crook and Alice Loffler, along with many nieces & nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents, Leslie Lloyd Crook Sr. and Mary Jean Crook, and his brothers, Alvin "Earl" Crook and William "Billy" Crook. Paul was proud of his life long career in law enforcement. He served the last 30 years working for N.I.H. in Bethesda, MD and retired as a Lieutenant in 2017. Over the years he acquired many friends & comrades along with numerous awards for his service. Friends may call at Gasch's Funeral Home, P.A., 4739 Baltimore Avenue, Hyattsville, MD on Wednesday July 8, 2020 from 2 to 4 and 6-8 p.m. A Memorial Service and life celebration will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Thursday, July 9th at Gasch's Funeral Home, P.A. Internment Fort Lincoln Cemetery, Brentwood, MD.
After service family and friends are welcome to meet at Edmonston Recreation Center in Hyattsville, MD. around 1:30 p.m..
