Paul A. Timmins – Age 68, husband of Christopher Worsh, died Thursday, January 30, at the Pleasant Valley Nursing Home in Derry, NH.
He was born in Winchester, June 15, 1956, a son of the late Charles and Ruth (Callan) Timmins and was raised in Billerica and moved to Revere for 30 years and later moved to Hudson, NH.
He was employed at Santander Bank for over 20 years prior to his retirement.
We will deeply miss Paul's infectious sense of humor, his larger-than-life personality, and the warmth he brought to every room he entered. His laugh, unmistakable and full of joy, could light up even the darkest days. Paul had a special talent for dishing out creative insults, always with a mischievous grin, reminding us all that he was never one to take life too seriously. His wit and playful spirit will be remembered fondly by all who had the privilege of knowing him.
Paul is survived by his brothers, Charles Timmins Jr. and his wife Debra of Billerica and Francis Timmins and his wife Bernice of VA, and was the brother of the late William Grady. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews, Lisa Chapman and husband Bruce, Leah Timmins, Barbara Timmins, Charles (Chuck) Timmins, Eric Timmins, John Timmins, Christopher Timmins, Sarah King and husband Josh, and several grand-nieces and nephews.
A visitation will be held Tuesday, February 4 at the Sweeney Memorial Funeral Home, 66 Concord Rd., Billerica from 11 a.m. – 12 p.m. A graveside service will be held at the Fox Hill Cemetery, 130 Andover Rd., Billerica at 12:30 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made to the MSPCA at Nevins Farm in Methuen.
