Paula Givens Obituary
On November 18, 1975, Paula married Bobby Lenn Givens, a marriage that flourished over 5 decades, together, they built a life filed with laughter, adventure, and mutual respect. She was a loving mother to their daughter Misty Lynn Gabbard (Andrew) of Morgnatown, KY; grandson Kipton Gabbard of Morgantown, KY; sister Bobbie Graham of Woodbury, KY and one niece Lindsey Graham of Woodbury, KY
Paula had a deep love for crafting and making things with her hands. Whether it was a thoughtful handmade gift, a creative project, or something made just because she could, she found joy in creating and sharing that joy with others. Her crafts were more than projects, they were expressions of her love. Paula was also known for her sharp wit and playful teasing. If she picked on you, it usually meant she cared about you. Her humor filled rooms, sparked laughter, and kept everyone on their toes. Life was never dull when she was around. Above all, she loved her family and those close to her. Her presence, creativity, and humor will live on in the memories, stories and handmade treasures she leaves behind. She will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered.
Funeral services will be held at the Jones Funeral Chapel Tuesday, February 10, 2026 at 11:00am with Bro. Raleigh Blancett officiating. Burial will be in the Anderson Cemetery where Andrew Gabbard, Mikie and Scottie Grubb, Randy Proctor, Ronnie and Kenny Givens will serve as pallbearers. Visitation will be held on Monday, February 9, 2026 from 4:00pm - 8:00pm and Tuesday 8:00am until funeral time at 11:00am at the Jones Funeral Chapel.
