Paula K. Haase, age 53 of
Ashland, WI entered eternal life at her home peacefully on Tuesday, Dec. 12, 2023, Paula was born on Jan 14, 1970, in
La Crosse, WI, the daughter to Dennis L. and Sharon J. (Selle) Schultz.
Paula grew up in
Green Bay, WI and attended school at Southwest Green Bay, Paula was a rebel through and through. She enjoyed watching Stargate, family movies, and her eclectic taste in music. Paula was known for rainbows and shiny things and don't forget her constant and persist daily phone calls. She loved anything that was colorful, and artsy. She thoroughly enjoyed talking to her grandchildren, she would spend hours on the phone making faces, or yelling for help when her granddaughter would hide the phone with her still on it.
Paula was known as a drifter, she moved from various states but mainly loved living in Phoenix and Waseca, where she went on frequent walks and had many conversations with family and friends. Paula took up hobbies as time progressed learning to play twinkle twinkle little star on the Kalimba and Coloring in adult coloring books "with the rainbow colors only".
Paula was strong-willed and stubborn at times, especially when it came to her conversation with Prince Harry and Megan Markel. We can't forget to mention that she trained Dad (Robert) well, having him run all the errands and be on demand for the kids and grandkids.
Her spirit is carried on by her Loving Husband, Robert Haase; children, Jarred Moderson, Tia (Gage) Silas, Teagin (Kristy) Haase, Tyann (Michael Jr.) Presta and Tawnie Schultz; Parents, Dennis and Sharon Schultz; grandchildren, Kyelin Hanson, Carson Silas, Dakota Silas, Evey Moderson, Zaxtin Haase, Samson Moderson, Ri 'Lee Silas, Michael Presta III, and Kirsi Haase; Siblings, Stacy Schultz, Shawn (Nancy) Schultz and Nicole (Josh) Russell.
Paula was a beautiful person inside and out. She was always there to listen, and share her tall tales, her laughter was contagious, and smile that brightened up your day. Paula cared so deeply for her grandchildren. She will be forever missed. We will carry on your onesie tradition. Until we meet again.
