Paula was born on November 9, 1959 and passed away on Monday, June 20, 2016. Paula was a resident of Moorefield, West Virginia at the time of her passing. She was a 1978 graduate of Moorefield High School. Funeral Services will be conducted 11:00 AM Thursday June 23 2016 at the Fraley Funeral Home Chapel 107 Washington Street with Pastor Daryl Dunsmore officiating. Interment will follow at the Asbury Cemetery North River Road Baker WV. The family will receive friends from 5 â 8 PM Wednesday at the funeral home.
