Paula Rush

Paula Rush, 60, of Canonsburg, died unexpectedly Friday, June 14, 2024. She was a 1981 graduate of Canon McMillan High School. Having a heart for serving others, she worked in the service industry for many years. Paula loved spending time with family and babysitting her nieces, nephews, grandson and her fur-babies. Surviving are her daughters, Madison Popp (Norman Parker) and Savannah Popp; grandson, Zion Parker; her mother, Patricia Ann Rush; sisters, Kathy Rush and Michele (Mark) Luba, all of Canonsburg; and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. Paula was preceded in death by her father, Paul Donald Rush; brother, Gregory Pirmez; and sister-in-law, Darlene Pirmez. Paula played an instrumental role in helping the house and family. Her presence and love were felt at every event and function she attended. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. in St. Oscar Romero Parish St. Patrick Church, 317 West Pike Street, Canonsburg. Interment will follow in Forest Lawn Gardens, McMurray.
