Paula Schneider Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Crowder Funeral Home - League City on Mar. 30, 2026.
Paula Ann Schneider, 55, of League City, Texas, passed away peacefully on March 29, 2026 surrounded by family, after a courageous battle with Multiple System Atrophy – Cerebellar type (MSA-C).

Born on August 25, 1970, in Houston, Texas, Paula graduated from Dickinson High School, Class of 1988, where she was a proud member of the Gator Band alongside her sister. She went on to build a successful career as an insurance analyst, known for her sharp eye, steady presence, and strong work ethic.

In 1996, she married the love of her life, Trey Schneider, and together they raised two children, Zachary and Emily, whom she loved deeply.

Paula found joy in the simple things - reading, HGTV and the Game Show Network, family dinners, dog cuddles, and cheering on her children every step of the way.

She is survived by her husband of 30 years, Trey; her children Zachary and wife Anna, and daughter Emily; her parents, Jimmy and Joanne Salvato; her sister, Christian Riassetto and husband Clay; her brother, Jon Salvato; her beloved dog Bella; and many nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her grandparents, Pete and Margie Salvato, Jack and Juanita Rowe and her uncle, Larry Rowe.

A viewing will be held on Wednesday, April 1, 2026 from 5-8:00PM. Funeral Services will follow on Thursday at 11:00 at Crowder Funeral Home, 1645 East Main, League City, Texas 77573. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to the Bay Area Pet Adoptions https://bayareapetadoptions.org/donate/ or Mission MSA https://donate.missionmsa.org/give/562187/#!/donation/checkout.

Paula will be deeply missed, but her love, humor, and quiet strength will be remembered always.
