Paula Elaine Weckesser

On July 16th, 2024, Paula Elaine Weckesser passed away. Born on March 9, 1951 to the late Ida Mae and late Paul Ellsworth Harris, she was the loving wife of Bibby Weckesser; devoted mother of Rob Weckesser and his wife Barbara, John Weckesser and his wife Aileen; cherished grandmother of the late Eric, Rob, Jr. and his wife Kirsten, John E. and his wife Morgan, Brittnay Nicole and her husband William, Brittany Mae and her husband Alex; loving great-grandmother of, Hayleigh, Avyanna, Channing, Faeryn, Ariya, and One More on the Way; dear sister of Helen Danna, and the late Edith Fee. Paula is also survived by many other extended family and friends.

Paula worked at Kibby's Restaurant for 35 years where she eventually retired as a manager. Some of her favorite enjoyments included gambling, taking cruises, spending time in Ocean City and with family, birthday dinners with friends, and celebrating Christmas.

A public visitation will be held at the family owned Ambrose Funeral Home, Inc., 1328 Sulphur Spring Rd., Arbutus on Sunday, July 21st from 3 PM to 5 PM and from 7 PM to 9 PM, where a funeral service will be held on Monday, July 22nd at 10 AM. Interment will immediately follow at Meadowridge Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Paula's name to the Wounded Warrior Project.
