Obituary published on Legacy.com by Lee-Ramsay Funeral Home - Pinconning on Dec. 12, 2023.
Paulette M. (Kendall) Bauer
Pinconning, MI
Our loving mother, grandmother, sister and friend passed away peacefully at her home on Monday, December 11, 2023 with her family by her side. She was born in Bay City, Michigan to the late Kendis & Harriet (Christie) Kendall. She married the love of her life Grant Bauer, he predeceased her on June 15, 2006. Paulette was a member of St. Michael's Catholic Church in Pinconning; she was a member of the UAW and retired from Magline. Paulette will be remembered for her natural ability to be a caregiver, taking care of numerous close relatives. She had a smile that would light an entire room. She enjoyed watching birds, time outside, puzzles, and reading. Most of all she loved spending time with her family. She will be greatly missed by all that knew her. She is survived by her children; Randy (Jan) Spencer, Mark (Candice) Spencer, Laura Bauer Payne, Wendy (Jim) Stewart, Matt (Stacy) Bauer, and Vicky (Lorne) Weaver, grandchildren; Shayla Heiller, Katie Banks, Nick Fischer, Zane, Zach and Jared Stewart, Morgan and Brady Bauer, Blake Pieper, Corey and Troy Yonke, Stephanie and Alex Ivy, siblings Rosemary (Carl) Walls, Marsha (Ed) Standler and Bonnie Stewart as well as several great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband Grant, a brother James Kendall.
Funeral Mass will be celebrated Friday, December 15, 2023, at 11 am from Holy Trinity Parish, Pinconning, Michigan with Rev. Fr. Matthew Federico presiding with cremation to follow. Friends may visit at the Rivertown Funeral Chapel on Thursday, from 2 to 7 pm. On Friday, Paulette will lie in state at the church from 10 am until time of mass. The family would like to extend a special Thank You to Paulette's sister and brother-in-law Rosemary (Carl) Walls for providing such wonderful and compassionate care allowing Paulette to pass away peacefully at her home.
