Paulette Faye Phillips

Paulette Faye Phillips passed away peacefully at home, surrounded by loved ones, on December 8, 2025, at the age of 76. Born on January 16, 1949, Paulette graduated from Manual High School in 1967 and went on to dedicate 35 years of her life serving as a manager at a local healthcare facility, where her compassion and steady presence touched countless lives.
Paulette leaves behind her loving husband, Brian Russell; her son, James Clouse; her daughter, Amanda Sullivan (Steve Bogard); her stepson, Nathaniel Russell (Katie Coles); and her cherished grandchildren: Austin Clouse (Brooke Clouse), Dalton Kehrt-Clouse (Jordan Kehrt-Clouse), Marrina Gwynn (Brandon Gwynn), Keely Sullivan, Parker Sullivan, Jasper Coles-Russell, and Gus Coles-Russell.
She was preceded in death by her parents, James O. and Mary N. Phillips, and her sister, Sherri M. Moyer.
Paulette deeply cherished her family, lifelong friendships, the peacefulness of the beach, and her beloved papillons. Known for her impeccable style and keen eye for fashion, she carried herself with grace and lived as a fiercely independent woman who valued integrity above all. She often expressed how truly blessed she felt to be surrounded by such loving family and friends.
Though Paulette's presence will be profoundly missed, her legacy of compassion, strength, and enduring love will continue to guide and inspire all who had the privilege of knowing her. A private celebration of Paulette's life will be held at a later date, where family and close friends will gather to honor her memory.
