Paulette Ramm Obituary
One of her proudest accomplishments was her business of 30 years, Grand-Paws Pet Sitting Service. She incorporated her love for her furry friends and her caring nature into a thriving business serving the community. Her clients always had peace of mind knowing that their pets were in loving hands. Pat always said, "It takes a village," and her village was made up of pet-sitters as nurturing as she was.
She was married to the late Bill Ramm, the love of her life for 36 years. Pat leaves behind her heartbroken children; Denise Wagner, Jack (Debi) Wagner, Jen (Chris) Hurd, her wonderful grandchildren: Patricia Huntsman, Caitlin (Nick) Rick, Madison Wagner and Jackson and Hayes Hurd, and great grandchildren; Maxwell, Cameron and William, along with many friends and wonderful neighbors, and her adoring fur baby Poppy.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to: Kansas City Hospice, 9001 State Line Road, Kansas City, MO 64114 or KC Pet Project, 7077 Elmwood Avenue, Kansas City, MO 64132.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 2:00pm on Sunday, January 18, 2026. For those wishing to attend, please reach out to the family for information at 816-665-4990.

I worked for Pat many years ago and she was a professional and lovely woman. Many, many years later, I called her with a last minute pet- sitting request, and she was just as kind and friendly then. My sympathy to her family-- she was truly special.

I just seen this notice and I am so very sad. My deepest condolences to Pat´s family.
I am forever grateful to Pat for giving me an opportunity to work with her. I learned so much about myself and the pet sitting business thru her guidance. A true professional 100%. Always ready to address any concerns or questions I might have. She never failed me. I always did my best for her because I knew how proud she was of Grand-paws. I was proud too.
I grew and made lasting friendships with so many clients. Thankful for each one and wanted to make their experience the most positive. Pat taught me that. Make it a loving experience for the pet and the client. Do the little extra.
I just loved her!!! RIP Pat I am sure there were many humans and fur babies waiting on the rainbow bridge to greet you. One of kind Gal!
