Paulette Marie Rasar, lovingly known as “Polly” passed away on the evening of Monday August 11, 2025 surrounded by the love of her family.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth Lee “Kenny” Rasar; her parents, Clora Haun and Billy Haun; her sister, Brenda Hatcher; and her brother, Johnny Haun.
She is survived by her daughter, Misty Gooden; son and daughter-in-law, Jason and Lauren Rasar; her granddaughter and grandson-in-law, Brooklyn and Drew Cunningham; and grandson Memphis Free. She is also survived by her sisters, Joyce Long and Kathy Jones and husband Rick; brothers, Rick Haun and wife Dee and Dwayne Haun and wife Lisa. Sister in law Kathy Haun. Special friends of the family Garey, Jennifer, Addison and Ellison Rittenhouse.
Like a stick of dynamite, she proved that great strength can come in a small package. Her greatest joy in life was spending time with her family, and her warm heart, kind spirit, and fierce love will forever be remembered by all who knew her.
A celebration of life will be planned in the near future so that friends and family can gather to honor and remember her.
