Mrs. Pauline Owens Todd, age 92, of Carterville, passed away Monday, July 28, 2025, at Townsend Park Health and Rehabilitation. Pauline was born in Heflin, Al, August 11, 1932, daughter of the late Harvey Linvell Owens and Lora Harris Owens. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Hobert Roscoe Todd and many siblings. She was a faithful Christian and attended Tabernacle Baptist Church, Cartersville. Pauline was a talented musician, known for her skills in both playing and singing. As a violinist, she brought joy to many with her music. She was a loving mother and grandmother, cherished by her family and friends. Survivors include her daughter, Edith Todd Springfield and husband, Jerry of Cartersville; son, Byron Todd and wife, Gloria of Douglasville; grandchildren, Jennifer Todd, Stephanie Springfield and husband Drew Crum, Brooke Baugh and husband Tyler and Jay Springfield and wife Lauren and 3 great grandchildren, C. J. Todd-Crooks, Rhys Todd-Crooks, and Owen Crum; brother, Tommy Owens of Gulf Shores, AL; several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held Friday, August 1, 2025, at 12:00PM at Tabernacle Baptist Church, Cartersville with Rev. John Agnew officiating. Interment will follow at Sunset Memory Gardens, Cartersville. The family will receive friends Friday from 11:00AM until 12:00PM at Tabernacle Baptist Church, Cartersville. Pallbearers will be Bobby Newell, James Newell, Mike Newell, Jay Springfield, Tyler Baugh, Drew Crum, and C. J. Todd-Crooks. R. Dudley Barton & Son Funeral Home, Adairsville, is in charge of funeral arrangements for Mrs. Pauline Owens Todd.
